ZoomIt: Zoom and annotation tool
If you do a lot of on screen presentations / demonstrations then ZoomIt can be very helpfull. It enables you to zoom in and out on specific sections of the screen and also allows you to draw lines on the screen.
ZoomIt is by Mark Russinovich of Sysinternals fame.
